      The first mile almost always sucks for me too. The key I think is just not thinking about that, but focusing on the feeling that comes later in the run. Anyway if the post helped a bit that makes me happy. Keep it up, Jane! You can do it!

    Little wake up run. It's pretty cool to see the huge set up for the Rock the Green show and realize that it only fills a small portion of Veteran's Park.
