1.5 hour hot yoga class today, then spinning for 2 hours....I'm trying to like yoga....this class was pretty good, fun world beat music and not too crowded...

    Hot yoga for an hour and a half.....tough work. I bet that really warmed up those muscles for your HUGE spin today!
