My first 10k race! On my birthday! A little slower than my race last week, definitely should have pushed more though- had some left at the end. =)

3mile split was just under 28min, so my second half was slower as I anticipated. I'm pretty happy with it, ready for another 10k race, I definitely like them to the 5k. =)
