      Nice job. That's cool that you got to pace. I think that I would have a hard time officially pacing. The whole thinking of others, being social, etc. I like running with friends and keeping us on pace but that's much easier.

      It's certainly tough with a hilly course!! But otherwise I'm usually a very consistent runner: once I dial into a pace I can just crank away... And chat away, lol.

      Nice job pacing. Hills definitely make pacing more of a challenge! I volunteered at this race last year at the boathouse. The race was much later too. I think the first weekend in November.

      You did fantastic! I bet the hills did make it tough. That is the advantage of living in Florida is that it's flat land, but it's hot and humid as hell during the Spring and Summer months.

      I've read many posts of others who also ran this and made identical comments. Glad you had fun. I thought about running this. The 10K but opted for the local 10K Steeplechase run which was much more local. You were missed there too!
