    The challenge, modified the pull/chin ups by doing half by jumping up on the bar and lowering myself, the other half with bands. No push up stands, felt better.

    Nice workout with the challenge today. 12 pull/chin-ups to 10 push ups. Modified with bands for pull/chin-ups and did push up on my knees with stands. Felt good.
