  1. Got a new pair of running shoes on Friday, is there anything better? Switched from my usual Asics to a pair of Brooks, did my 17 in them on Saturday. They felt great!

      I'll have to check, with my Aasics, my heels, knee, hip and back were bugging me. Even though I'm doing my best to run mid-foot. These were great though my shin on my left cramped up about mile 10 of my last long run.

      same for me almost everything hurt 2 years ago switched to my pure flows more of a minnamal shoe and i run more mid foot and my body feels much better

    EZ 5, took is smooth and steady and concentrated on my form and not speed. Not even sure exactly what my speed was. Legs feel pretty good.
