    nice run with murrhawk. first time doing this route. love new places to run

    great run with murrhawk. chillin the whole way and good thing too cuz the last mile was a toughy

    15 min WU+CD 1x2mile tempo. 5:47 then 5:27 miles. 800m to follow then 400 in 67sec then 2x200 and 1x100 to round it off. felt pretty good except on corners. hip work to be done

    nice and muddy with cassidy and aussie. run went by quick until the end. was nice to be able to not think about my hip while running. which reminds me i should heat that puppy up and stretch it out.

      I was disappointed with the ending of this entry. I was expecting a much more dramatic cliff hanger at the end! But good job with the workout! Thanks for taking us through the tree farm, much better then the boring old trail the whole time!

    went fairly well, ben was feeling pretty good today and ran a solid recovery day. went one around plus about 11 minutes past and back. strength and stretching afterwards
