    Little sore from Mondays leg routine. I think we'll stick with core and shoulders tomorrow. I'll wait till Thursday to hit the box jumps again.

    This is my first run of the year. Ran once in October, three times in December and that has been it since late June of 2011. A couple of health issues last fall, but todays run felt very good.
