great my "long" slow run 4 mi 00:56 13:57 pace

Today was so good! It was humid, but I kept the pace slow and just kept going. I walked when I need to, but I felt like I didn't need to as much. In fact, I felt like I could have gone another mile... but I'm trying not to get ahead of myself. Good solo run :)
