      Am I going crazy or did your runs start posting in km instead of miles? In any case, this Canuck approves! And who knew The Simpsons could be an effective exercise motivator?

    Short run on the treadmill. Still inching the pace up.

    Another treadmill run at a faster pace. Hoping that getting the speed up on the short runs will help with the long runs. Also, watching the TV with headphones can make you look weird when you LOL at stuff nobody else sees or hears.
