    I think my heart rate monitor is going out again-it read 39 for the first 10 minutes of climbing-argh! Walking for 20 minutes to end this drip fest!

      After working out and doing strength training for 12 years, I have worked out with a few personal trainers (long ago), and taken a handful of different classes -so I file these things in my brain and try to pull something to target each part for each total body routine. It gets a little dull at times, but I try to mix it up.
