    The 1st 1/2 of the run was a little slow due to the dirt trails being kind of muddy but was averaging under 9 minute miles for most of the last 1/2 of the run which was all paved.

    Was only planning on 12 but did 14. Love the Garmin on these runs to verify my mileage. Happy that the body let me get in 64 miles in the last 14 days.

      Thank you. I am finally feeling like I can handle longer runs with hills after 3 hilly runs in the last week. I am still struggling to get in any speed work though.
