    3 miles warm up, 2 x 20 minutes at 7:58 and 7:56, 1 mile cool down - Felt okay - could tell my fuel stores were a tad low as the second set of 20 was more of a grind but powered through.

      Slow start but glad you felt good in the end. Good over coming the first bad miles to enjoy the ending miles payoff! Nice big 9 mile run with a great finish.
