      I laid off the beers, just 3 coronas and a glass of champagne!
      9 hours walking around london yestaday sales ahopping was a good days training! Lol- sore feet!
      Getting new trainers today as the ones i have are wrong for my feet!

    After a hard week at work up/down scaffold in cold/wet conditions the runs have been non existent. Managed this 7 after driving 600 miles yest and a hours swim earlier. Still pretty tired.
