      @Jenn Maybe a 7 miler on Sunday been sick all week and right now i don't know if I could go a mile. Probably the following weekend can do 10 or so. November has a theme though it's called "November Seven" all my runs are at least 7 miles. Did it last year and it made for a great month.

      We should run together sometime. We run the same pace. I'm going to start working really hard to get some 16 milers with an 8:20 pace.

      That's the pace I would like to get down to for a long run. I know you're suppose to take the long runs slow but I have a hard time doing that. We should go for a run let me know what works for you.

      Same here and I think that if I do a lot of my long runs at 16 miles they will become easy and pace will be where I want it. I would like to do a marathon in under 4 hours. I'll be doing a long run on Sunday if you are around, my hubby and I are going to Omaha Saturday, otherwise I do my long runs on Sat.
