    Felt great out there another late night run it was dark but had a great pace going only thing my watch went out on me. Oh well will get in a quick 5 after work tomorrow.

    Felt much better today so hit some hills on Kiwanis did an out and back and then did it all over again. 2nd time around was much better once the legs were loosened up.

      Thanks everyone :) @Jenn not sure if i can give to many pointers on avoiding that wall being a rookie at this. I just have to eat while I run that helps out a lot and walking the water stops helped for me. Hammer peanut butter gels are great I don't like gels but this actually tastes like peanut butter and easy on the stomach. If I feel any hunger coming on I eat something. Other than that have fun out there.

      Hill work seems to work better for me even though I'm slow as hell. When I push it with a faster pace I tend to get injured more. Thinking of little hill work Thursday nothing to strenuous.

      MMMMM cookies.......You have a good month before the TC hopefully you'll be ready to go. I know if i do the SF full I'm going to take it easy and enjoy my first marathon. If this goes well might do the Crazy Horse full I think it's the same weekend as the TC.
