    Felt great to pick up the pace first mile was 7.41maybe started off to much. Shorts weather which helped out a lot but the last 2 miles was tough to keep the pace last mile had 3 good inclines.

      I got a bit ambitious and started up my milage to fast and created some knee pain. Been resting it and it's doing better but no Irishman run this year :(

    Fun run with 605 group tried to keep up the best I could but legs felt great hope I can get out to more of these. Glad I got out wind picked up pretty good not long afterwards.

    Great weather for January a little misty at times. Legs felt great most of the time mile seven I thought hey I think I could do a 20 miler then at mile 11 I wanted to be done. Longest run since Sept.

    Great night to get out nice powder on the ground. Took it easy planned on only 7 but thought what the hell. Last two miles were tougher into a little wind and the snow kind of stung my eyes.
