      Thanks everyone :) @Jenn not sure if i can give to many pointers on avoiding that wall being a rookie at this. I just have to eat while I run that helps out a lot and walking the water stops helped for me. Hammer peanut butter gels are great I don't like gels but this actually tastes like peanut butter and easy on the stomach. If I feel any hunger coming on I eat something. Other than that have fun out there.

      Hill work seems to work better for me even though I'm slow as hell. When I push it with a faster pace I tend to get injured more. Thinking of little hill work Thursday nothing to strenuous.

      MMMMM cookies.......You have a good month before the TC hopefully you'll be ready to go. I know if i do the SF full I'm going to take it easy and enjoy my first marathon. If this goes well might do the Crazy Horse full I think it's the same weekend as the TC.

    Perfect day to do some hill work I hit the switchbacks half mile up half mile down 6 times. Slowly improved towards end wasn't all that bad had a nice mist for most of the run felt fantastic.
