      Good biking Jamie! I really hurt my knee last fall and had to take about 2 months off but all is good now! I also do certain exercises to help strengthen it like lunges have really helped.

    Felt great to pick up the pace first mile was 7.41maybe started off to much. Shorts weather which helped out a lot but the last 2 miles was tough to keep the pace last mile had 3 good inclines.
