      @Jenn, no wish I could I'm going to be working an aid station for the Riddlebox 50k out by Canton Saturday. I'm aid station 5 out of 6 so I'm going to be out there awhile. Bring a group out to cheer them on Ed will be running.

      @Jenn Maybe a 7 miler on Sunday been sick all week and right now i don't know if I could go a mile. Probably the following weekend can do 10 or so. November has a theme though it's called "November Seven" all my runs are at least 7 miles. Did it last year and it made for a great month.
