    Dropped the kids off at grandma's and hit the bike trails. Nice and misty the whole time felt awesome.forgot my watch but knew the mile markets. Shins killing me so took it slow.

    Forgot too reset my watch duo not sure time. Felt good starting point but humidity hit me hard on the turn around. Think it's time for new shoes the shin splints are coming back

    Good time out at good earth group run small crowd. I was bringing up the rear to fast for my blood but still great to get out there.

    I think my best seven I've done. wanted to pick up the pace and i tried to hold onto it. Bit of a side ache note to self no zesties pizza for lunch on running nights but it's so good.

    Awesome run in a downpour. Soaked to the bone but super fun. bring on some more rain. picked up the pace when i heard thunder at mile three.

    I wanted to get in a long run so set out for 20 but felt blisters on both feet so stopped at 17 and called for a ride. watched stopped along the way :( Got home ate a ton of cookies and pizza.
