    Saturday looks like a miserable day so i thought what the hell let's do the long run tonight. Fantastic night though but once i got to mile 21 i was cursing like crazy.

      Next Sat I'm to do 16. Pace is really lacking on these long runs been hitting a 10 minute mile pace. Let me know if you want to run Sat I'll get up early.
