    Fun run with Jenn this morning talked me into finishing on some hills. Watched died at 13.5 I'm guessing i went another mile but not sure. Time to veg out the rest of the day.

    Saturday looks like a miserable day so i thought what the hell let's do the long run tonight. Fantastic night though but once i got to mile 21 i was cursing like crazy.

      You were thinking the same thing I was. I think my shoes are what is killing me....my FEET hurt. Time to order the old model.

      Next Sat I'm to do 16. Pace is really lacking on these long runs been hitting a 10 minute mile pace. Let me know if you want to run Sat I'll get up early.

    Nice little 16 this morning but the humidity was up there. Nice and slow didn't want to over do it but i was soaked at the end.

    A very hot seven this morning. Best part was the first snake I've seen on the bike trails at mile five. Picked up the pace didn't think i had it in me.
