good Lake Ave Out and Back 5 mi 00:44 08:51 pace
I kind of just let my legs do whatever they wanted. In my head I thought 9:30 pace but guess not. This felt pretty relaxed and other than some tightness in my calves I felt good!

alright Bad Route 10.56 mi 00:47 13.3mph pace
If there was an emoticon for "nervous" that would be how I felt! I should have known that the route that I mapped out was on too busy of roads for the time of day that we went out, and ma... read more

I greatly enjoyed riding my bike along Scottville-Chili road. It's relatively flat...there are some gentle changes. Traffic isn't a concern as the shoulders are wide. It's scenic in a rural way. Anyhow, it's a nice backbone to a bike route and not too far from our house.

RUN
good Longer RIT Loop 4 mi 00:34 08:34 pace
Another #RUNch, not too bad! I didn't think I would run after bringing my stuff to work since it was pouring earlier, but then it stopped. It was a little humid out but luckily it was cloudy ... read more

#dailymission Are you brand loyal? Why or why not?
For shoes, yes. I only wear Saucony because they are awesome! For clothes, no. As long as it fits right, I don't really care what brand it is.
-
That's how I feel about clothes! Only for shoes I switched over to Brooks about a year ago and now prefer them over Saucony.

See I wonder if I had gone with the Mizuno Wave Precisions, my first choice but then they were more expensive, if I would be a Mizuno girl. Oh well I love my Mirages and Kinvaras!

I have Sauconys right now and like them. I'm not enough of a seasoned runner to have a favorite brand of shoes. Fitness clothes however, Under Armor all the way. I think their materials are superior to Nike/Reebok, etc, and they are about $10 cheaper
