    Very muddy and hard going. Got pulled out by Dave Evans at about 3 miles and never really recovered. averages were about 6m/m till then.

    Averaging 2.34 on the way up and 2.14 on the way down.

    Felt absolutely terrible and miles off the pace of everyone else.
