      BTW, Sunday weigh-in: 178 lbs, down a total of 14.5 lbs in 7 weeks. This is a pretty good weight for me. Now comes the hard part: maintaining this weight steady.

      great 8! If it is greater than 80 degrees, I would carry some water for a 10k. For a 5k or a 10k race, I think it is nice to at least have 1-2 water stops. People who need water can have it, and the others can just run by. And great job at the weight loss!

    Ran with a friend and actually picked up the pace a bit during the second half, getting down to 8:25 the last couple of miles. Felt good. Cloudy and cool -- perfect day for a run.
