Took a couple days off because a sore calf muscle (from a cramp in the middle of the night). Nice and easy. Felt better with every passing mile.

This week I'm back to normal, I think.

50s and into the 40s overnight is about as cold as it gets. But no heating, so if it's 45 outside, it's not much better inside!

great 12.73 mi 01:54 08:56 pace
Finished at 9:30 by which time it was plenty warm and I was bone dry. Running without water for 12 miles won't kill anyone, but it's better to bring a little something.

I had my hydration vest laid out, too. Just didn't feel like wearing it. Kind of stupid.

well in one way you are getting your body better at running on low fuel and hydration... which can be good to some degree for ends of races when it is tired... but don't get to dehydrated!

Agreed on the fuel part, but the hydration part does not seem justifiable if it can be avoided.
