    The rare Sunday afternoon run -- I liked it! I got to laze around the house in the morning and an easy sunny Sunday afternoon run.

      You have not missed anything. We did a couple too many laps of the neighborhood, including Lagoa Seca, then went out a little further towards the end.

    great Hills: ABC to Bandeira + Band... 7 mi

    Modified my hills this week (a little less) and increased mileage a bit. I got out later, so I was fighting traffic a little bit (hate that), but it felt good. Gotta clip my toenails (bloody toes!).

      I don't know if there's any correlation whatsoever, but I find that the higher my running volume is, the faster my toenails grow... weird. Nice mileage!

      Thanks folks. I like to know how much I'm running and since all my GPS watches are broken (and I'm too lazy to look into fixing them), it's just easier to run where I know the distances.
