      Thank God! I thought it was an injury. It's healthy to take things slow physically & clear the head in the mean time because the head is the culprit here! That feeling of getting drained at the end of a workout is the head's fault, it just sucks the fun out of what we enjoy doing. Exercise should be fun. Take it easy, you'll get inspired in no time :)
