    There was some hard work here! Split squats, side lunges, squats, RDLs all with 6 second pauses at the bottom. + 90 crunches.

    Core workout (Back lunges, RDLs, leg lefts, supermans) + crunches, knee highs, good mornings, push ups, seated dips and squats. Most satisfactory!

      You can always set a timer when you leave for your run, so when you get back you have the overall time and can get average pace.
