    went fine. recovery run from the 10k on Sunday.

    another rough run. So freakin hot. Still not feeling that good from being sick last week, but I need to keep moving forward.

    rough. first 6 miles were good. last 2 miles took me 30 minutes. Felt pukey around 1:06, around 1:21 my knee started yelling at me.

    been sick for the last week, finally felt good enough to run today. I did 2 minutes running, 1 minute walking. some of the runs where over 9 mph (but not 10)

    I actually ran 5 miles today with warm up/cool down.

      also, i have a sore throat. I feel run down. I think I might need to work on my diet or something.

    suppose to do 15 miles this weekend and couldn't find the time. I did this 5 miles with my son AJ on his bike. I felt like shit. I still have a slight cold or something.

    short fast run today for labor day. supposed to do 7 miles, but changing my schedule a little. I was doing my long runs on Friday - switching to Sat now that the long run is getting really long.

    The farthest I've ever run. It was very hard. I wasn't expecting it to be so hot out and was stuck in Fairmount Park on hills with no shade.
