    As my training plan is a bit off the rails I went for a 15 miler at slightly faster than target pace. Run went ok but the old legs feel it now. Hope you’re all having a good weekend.

      Oh goodness you too James! I am so sorry to hear that you are having problems too. I went to pilates this morning and the pool this evening to stretch things out a bit and i really think it has helped. If you cant think of a better idea they may help you too!
