Feel good, recovered, knees ok since I used mid-strike. Thinking of running 42km marathon next year, my max is 25km, any tips of developing speed and distance?


James, following on after your comment about the plan. I suggest you use the Runners World website for a free plan. I understand the logic of your current approach but I think it unlikely that it will help you get faster.
