Great hike up Mary's Peak. Totally got soaking wet and frozen through the slushy snow and wind and rain.

Sweet job on running natural. I have a couple of recipes on my blog for running natura - followingharvey.wordpress.com. I made the switch to natural stuff about 6 months ago. It is hard at first but once your body adjusts it is well worth it. For a drink try - water, ginger, salt, and add some kind of citrus lime, lemon or grapefruit.
