    Amazing run by the river. Of course I got lost like I naturally do in a new place, but now I know where everything is. So hot and humid here. Hanging with my dad on this kick-awesome trip.

      That is so awesome James, my goal is to visit Cambodia & Laos! The only two countries I haven't visited. Sounds like the run was awesome.

      Have you tried Altra's. They make a great trail shoe, although I do like the Pure Grit!

      Thanks. It's been really interesting, I've trained harder than ever while having the most fun ever! Although, I'm pretty sure I still want to do some races like Western States, Hard Rock, UTMB and maybe an Ironman someday.
