  1. RUN
    4.02 mi 00:38 09:21 pace

Still TIE, made it a "recycle run" (a lot of proactive citizens put out their recycling bins early and I pick up cans/bottles off the side of the road and make deposits on the go)

  2. RUN
Round Gate Court 3.14 mi 00:28 08:51 pace

Knee still not 100% but it does seem that thorough IT-band stretching is effective in preventing it from turning into limp-inducing ache later on.

  3. RUN
    2.16 mi 00:19 08:33 pace

Not bad, just testing the waters and making sure my knee isnt bothering me anymore. Still gonna stretch the CRAP out of my IT band, plus the rest of RICE with a lot less R in the near future hopefully

  4. RUN
    4.02 mi 00:32 08:00 pace

Felt great muscle/cardio-wise, left knee is giving me grief for some reason

  5. RUN
    5.84 mi 00:47 07:57 pace

Felt great! Ran in shorts and a t-shirt... probably could have felt comfier in a long sleeve shirt but then what would motivate me to run faster?

  6. RUN
    good 4.03 mi 00:33 08:14 pace

    Felt great

  7. RUN
    3.07 mi 00:25 08:00 pace

Cold really starts to bother the lungs after a while

  8. RUN
    5.03 mi 00:44 08:40 pace

Half the roads weren't plowed so it was slower going than I had intended, but still a good start to the year.

  9. VELO
    39.82 mi 02:45 14.5mph pace

    Hiiiiiills... oh god the hills.

  10. RUN
    17.06 mi 02:27 08:35 pace

Felt great! Started out feeling uncertain but really got into it when i just thought of it as 4 mile loops. Also, thank god for public restrooms ifyouknowwhatimsayin.

  11. RUN
    14.09 mi 02:00 08:31 pace

Woooooooo, good pace on a PR for distance... Did NOT realize the turnaround for the second half was along the top of a mountain ridge but all the better for training

  12. RUN
Beware of Dog (and back) 4.02 mi 00:32 08:03 pace

Just taking it easy, first time this season that I had to wear extra layers

  13. RUN
    5.05 mi 00:41 08:05 pace

    Nice and easy

  14. RUN
    4.03 mi 00:30 07:22 pace

15:20 at the turnaround, 4 flat on the next half mile, can't remember the next half mile time, but was at 26:28 with half a mile to go, decided to sneak in under 30 minutes so the last half wa... read more
