    Got a little Plantar Fasciitis going on :( Running isn't on the agenda yet, but I'm hopefull for some time next week.

    Been away on a week long course and managed only 1 run :( . It didn't matter where I ran in Newport, you run generally uphill!

    Cold winters day (spring has taken the day off!) so took my marathon training to the gym and it rocked. Alternated speed & incline throughout & just enjoyed it. : )
