    The six over passes I had to go over gave me a big workout, a little sore today. But no pain no gain..lol

    It was a training ride for riding in a Group. Had a great time,tomarrow is a 25 mile ride, a little harder, in 12 weeks we will be doing the Ronald McDonald Ride a 65 mile ride, Hope I make it. LOL

    Had fun for the first half, going 18 mph, second half was hard, had a good head wind all the way back. Tuff on the old Man, but I made it.

      Sounds like a great day. Wish I had a group to ride with over here, think it would be even more enjoyable and motivating.

      That was my first Group rike. I like it , it made me work harder,and when the wind is blowing it really help me ,and I needed help yesterday. Strong head wind for 12 miles. That did me in for the rest of the day.LOL

      Well, maybe whenever I get back to the mainland, I can get hooked up in some groups and get some distance rides in. Til then I'll just keep pluggin away on it. Keep ridin!

      Wow, Jim, I know EXACTLY what you mean. My legs always feel different on the Trek. Totally different workout. That's a pretty awesome 22 miles on the MTB - good job!
