  1. RUN
good 6 Mile Home Route 6.2 mi 00:52 08:25 pace

Took yesterday off. I think that did the trick, felt pretty good today on my run. Only problem was my toes, ran in my old shoes again. Those shoes are officially done.

alright Recovery run 4 mi 00:37 09:15 pace

My legs are still a little tight, but I ran anyways. I've another tri in a few weeks to be ready for.

  11. swim
alright Laps at the Y 1500 yd 00:33 38:43 pace

Using swimming for my active recovery activity. I'll ride tomorrow. Took it easy just loosening up the muscles.

alright Buffalo Springs Tri - Run 13.1 mi 02:05 09:32 pace

Again the hills were monstrous (I can't emphasize that enough). The wind isn't a problem on the run, but 100 + heat sure helps make memories. Felt great for the first 8 miles, but the last climb an... read more

Congratulations on your successful tri! It blows my mind how you can do all three things in succession let alone train for it.

      Good Luck:

Best of luck to you at your upcoming race! I truly admire triathletes, I just don't have time to train fir three events, that just sounds insanely tough.
