First BodyBalance session Ive been to in a long time, why oh why did I stop going I have no idea, this was exactly what I needed, stretches and strength work where it was needed, felt brill at the end with the 10min relaxing, :-) ready for my first West Highland Way training session on Sunday now, sooo looking forward to running in the mountains again
