20 mins elliptical warm up, full body circuit session + core and foam roller/stretches + 800m swim for cool down, took a break yesterday as my early shift starts were taking there toll,

@Goz , I only did it all because I've slacked off this week too much, just some days Im getting home from work and I cant be bothered doing anything, I think I need a weekend up north to clear my head
