I headed to an area a little further from my normal run, nice pleasant pine needle covered trails, soft under foot and great to run on, I met another runner and ran the last few KMs with him , it was his first run in the area so he wasn't familiar with the routes but he really enjoyed it, our pace was only slightly faster than my normal steady run pace, but it was good to stretch out a bit at the end.

ohh now that sounded like heaven :) spongy run.. great job on pushing yourself some at the end!!! the pine tree.... He'll fondle you this one, Old bull pine uncle, with his nicotine fingersl The kiss of his needles, a shoe brush mustache. The stains on his waistcoat a stick rosin. He is ringed with young fleshy hearts.. all his bastard sons... love the Pine!
