Done the first 1k warm up then 100m sprint followed by 100m recovery repeated for 500m then 500m steady recovery pace x3, I did this on a flat tow path next week I'll do one day hill sprints to mix it up a bit, headed to the gym for upper body circuits + core and stretches/foam roller.
