really nice morning , poured with rain all night but today its lovely and sunny, trails were just a little muddy and with some puddles, nice fresh smell of the pines and ferns to wake me up. The extra 2k are for Michael as he's banned from running by Kelly :). Just a little note, I got my other trail shoes back, they sent me a brand new pair, not bad since I had ran 200 miles in them, goes to show that you get nothing if you don't try. I've also took on board what everyone said on my note, I'm putting in 1 shorter speed training day a week and will do at least 1 long run too,
