Yeah, I was in Wales, loved it there. Dad ordered the blood pudding for breakfast....um I told him I wouldn't do that. He thought it was fine when cooked and served with eggs. But I can't wait to show him this pic and how it starts out. They do eat it all the time...supposed to be good for you! Kind of like American hot dogs! If the majority of people knew what their food really was or how it was made they wouldn't eat it!

I think this might be cranberries for show though. Look at the side of the pan. I think he spilled it all over there for the effect. But they do have this, not sure how its made and don't think I want to know.

I am sorry to say that James is being truthful. My Dad used to make black pudding and this is how it looks. And people wonder why I eat a plant food diet.....
