      I've been taking this supplement for a few years now. I can't swear that it helps but when I stopped taking it for awhile, my knees seemed to ache more. Then again, I'm quite susceptible to the placebo effect. :-)

      Hey Scott! Glad you're taking them. If your knees felt better, that's a good sign! placebo generally doesn't last for years anyway. I know you're living an active lifestyle; which might have contributed along with the supplements. Stay cool my friend. :)
