    It was a warm late afternoon run...about 82 degrees out...plus I did 6 sets of hill repeats

    Then I went in my moms pool... It was a major relief

    1.75 mile warmup followed by two 1 mile sprints. Not bad...it was crappy out.

    Did 5 after work this evening. Felt good... But I have a muscle spasm/soreness in my left leg. I'm stretching it out....I hope I feel better in the morning. I'm not too concerned

    I'm not the smartest person.... Ran 20 miles yesterday then tried to do speed this evening.. 8x up a hill...I gave up after 5x...my legs are sore. Should have taken tonight off..I will tomorrow
