good Long run 12 mi 01:44 08:41 pace

A beautiful, warm sunny morning for a long run in the countryside. This was my longest run in 12 months and I enjoyed being able to be 'going long' again. Have a great weekend friends.

    alright 7 steady miles 7 mi 01:00 08:34 pace

7 steady miles this morning before work. A late night watching 'life of Pi' and a 5am start to this run meant that I felt fatigued on this one.
    It's Friday folks.
