Went great for the 1st 8 miles. Kept up a 9:00 pace using a run/walk routine. Then the wheels fell off. Dropped to a 14:00 pace, felt nauseous. Worried about getting pulled off the course. Should have stuck with my plan to run it in 2:30. Would have been happier at the end!
