Doing a Trail Run on Sunday, 6:30 AM - Matthews-Winters. Doing 1 route, 4.2 miles, returning to the car. You can then leave - or do a second loop on the Hogback, which will be 5.8 additional miles. Want more info - let me know.

I am in too. I was looking for a trail to do my 13 miler, so I will just do my long run up there on Sunday. That looks like a really neat trail!

I'm still sick - stomach issues, fever, dizzy... able to drink some and eat a little today... but no way I can make this run tomorrow. Still getting dizzy when I stand and very fatigued... :(
