Very light weights to not repeat what I did to myself last week!
- Squats - 3 sets; 15 reps
- Walking lunges - no weights 3 sets
- Bench press - 2 sets 12 reps
- Seated shoulder press 2 sets 8 reps
-One arm row - 3 sets 15 reps
-Curls - 3 sets, 15 reps
-Hot tub! Ahhh!
