      Congratulations on the run and the PR. You may be overall disapointed but it's a PR and that's worth a lot. Way to go and way to stick with it through that disapointment.

    Last long run before 3M next week! This was just the run I needed! It was fantastic run! I told myself I was going to do 7 but I was feeling great so I pushed it a little bit.

      Way to make the adjustment! My big problem when that happens is that whenever I decide I'm not going to run, I start drinking caffeine and then my HR is high when I go to run.
