Felt great to finally get out there but I really need to get my head in place... I can tell I've gained weight... quite pathetic... that's all I can say :(

    We all fall off the training "horse" sometimes - either you can sit there and dwell on the fact that you fell, or get up, dust yourself off and climb back on! Looks like you are back at it. Focus on your successes, and before you know it you will be running like you did before you took a break.

    Mandy, it's only been a 5 day break but it feels like an eternity... amazing how so much can be "lost" in such a short time... also thinking I might have "spring blues" ahead of time...
    Anyway, I'm going to my 10k race on Sunday no matter what!
