    Way to get out there and do intervals! It is ok you got slower, it is just because you got more tired as you were pushing yourself. Great job!

    Those are tough, Jackie. Might be better to do shorter intervals and work up gradually. I'd start with 200's for a while, then go to 400's, etc.

    Debbie, it is a hard interval... 1K... and I think it was harder after my 10x100 the day before... my quads were killing me!
