      Thanks Smoke, they do! Hadn't done anything since June 7th that I ran 13km... but I want to start slowly again and build a base and most of all, get rid of this plantar fasciitis... I didn't invite her and don't know how to make her leave ;)

      do you sleep with a night splint? are you rolling your foot with a ball? those seem to help.
