    Awesome little run after an over 17 minute warmup walk uphill. As you all said, today is a new day and I'm feeling GREAT! Thank you all for your encoragement, you are the BEST!

  2. alrightShort (and pathetic) run afte... 2.69 km / 00:18 10:46 pace

    Felt great to finally get out there but I really need to get my head in place... I can tell I've gained weight... quite pathetic... that's all I can say :(

      Everyone has minor setbacks, Jackie. Dwelling on the setback will just drag you down. The trick is to move forward in a positive way, with the same resolve that brought you gains in the past!

      not pathetic!! everyone has their ups and downs. you're only human, and all of us experience setbacks every now and then. you still manage get out there and run, and that's commendable. keep it up!

      I wish I could help but I am not that great with computers and been having some problems with mine too. I think mine worked when I switched to Firefox.

    It was sort of a farlek run... had to do so many things, like jump over fallen trees, I slipped in the mud, skated on the ice... but it was great. Slower, a lot slower than Sunday but then again the conditions were very different... enjoyed seing it so... read more
