    Finally! After 2 weeks of no workouts, no runs, no swims, no bike rides... finally out again and boy did I love it. Sometimes that first step is the hardest part of the workout!

    Had to run the half but fell injured on Weds (some torn fibers on my ITB and right calf) and thought of resting today but did the 10K. So far so good :p
