    Warner Center Park Loop 1.5 mi

    Love it! I think I do better without a group. For some reason, this training group is too much Core/Cross training for me. I just want to run! I can do crunches and lunges at home.

    Missed the training this morning, so I ran alone after. I purchased a new Timex Ironman watch which has a setting for Intervals - it's amazing!

    Need a MUCH better bra. A reason to shop tomorrow - yay!

      I just noticed that logging your training gives you the calories burned (110) - too bad I had a Mocha on the way home.
