      Feeling crappy today, but other than that, i've actually been doing good. Ive done everything i wanted to do this summet, so its been real nice. Im not ready to start up teaching yet, but i think ill be ready in a couple weeks:). So howve you been?

      You will, itll just take a bit...mine always goes downhill for about a month when i first start back and suffers through football season (my son is in the band). Im glad to hear your business is doing good:)

      Ahh it's ok to treat yourself once in a while. Just don't over do it! Plus when u exercise regularly u burn what you eat faster anyway

      we are in week 4 of Insanity and loving it! I am missing running though, but I think my endurance will be much better after the 2 months. now to figure out how to work in 13.1 training for the last few weeks and still be able to move!

      Kristen i am loving it as well!!!! You will like the recovery week, it focuses on the core and is slow, so its a nice break, though im nervous to start the 2nd month on saturday. I peeked ahead, and it looks pretty hard!!!! I think it will definately help the running! I dont think i could train at the same time, so major props to you, that will be awesome!!!
      Steve, i know what you mean about busy!!( ok, im on summer break, but will have my butt handed to me when i school starts back up on august....
