      Oh Deb, I can't imagine taking on even running a 1/2 yet! I'm pretty sure my body was built for shorter distances. You've accomplished so much already & you aren't done just need to heal and you'll be right back at it!

    These new shoes are magic!!! Its like my legs say FASTER, but my upper half is saying hell no.... My dogs made a new friend tonight also!
