    First run post marathon. Hip is still giving me grief but I thought this was a pretty decent effort considering :-)

    Felt strong and confident. My second marathon and a PB! I know...I'm not fast but I did it!

  4. Starting to feel SO nervous about Sunday. All that training but still not sure it was enough. How do you push aside the doubts? #BMOVancouverMarathon

      Just keep reminding yourself that you've done all the hard work. The race is the *easy* part (compared to the months of training!) :) relax & enjoy it!!!

    Desperate to shake off the taper jitters. Four days and counting. Have to settle for brisk walk with dogs to save this darn hip for the 42K!

    2 hour synchronized session. Trying to nail the barracuda. I don't think I can lift my arms this morning.

  7. 4 more days until the full in Vancouver. I hope my hip holds up or could be walking more than I had planned :-(
