      They finally posted the official electronic results of the Turkey Trot. The good news is I officially ran a 20:25. The bad news is they had me down as being 34. The better news is I finished 7th in my wrong age group.

    Last run before a "Turkey Trot" on Sunday. Won a SWEET Saucony florescent running vest in a raffle after the run. Retail value 79.95. Did I mention this thing is sweet ?

      Feel good, it's amazing how much harder you have to work when you bump up the incline from 2 to 3. I might try 4 before long.

      Stay safe! Our gym is closed and I have nothing here but stretching and pilates workouts. Unless the garmin will register how many miles I can run up and down the stairs! LOL!
