    I walked this half due to tendonitis in my ankle. It was a pretty good half. My left foot felt good and gave me teh confidence to do a little more exercise than I've been doing

    I was late to training tonight, so I didn't get in as many repeats as I would Like. But coach altered my workout to include sprints so my 15 minutes were pretty intense.

    Despite running 13 miles and then spending 6 hour at a state fair, I still got up and ran my recovery run today. Super proud of myself :)

    Tried galloway for the first time, it went well until mile 12 when I hit a wall b/c I forgot to fuel during the race. Oh well, enjoyed the experience in St.Paul, MN
