    First official Galloway run of the season.
    The 3 miler turned into about 5 with the bonus. :-)

    Great weather for a run with friends.

    Increased inclines every few minutes for the first half. Then worked back down.

    Okay, body felt decent. But the mind just wouldn't let go of being down.

    Pretty crazy to feel good while freezing the butt off. Yet, still managed to sweat almost the entire distance. Go figure.

      Ugh, I can only seem to do 3 miles on a tmill. 5 seems like torture!

    tired National Dunes 15 mi

    Longest run of the year, by almost double. Got it handed to me by Karen and Bill. But glad to have done it.
    About half on snow covered single track, the other half snow and ice on gravel.

    Indiana dunes trail 10. Couple of inches snow makes the board walk section "interesting"to put it kindly.

      It would have been better in the daylight, which would have made it easier to navigate the puddles and flooding.

      Thanks Steph. It fell like humpty dumpty. Going to see if extraordinary measures, aka crazy glue, does better than the kings men and horses. If not, services will be held on Saturdays run. :-(
