Went well. Solid effort. This is a tough run. About 3000' is my educated guess. Rolling hills for first 3 miles and then a 6 mile climb over more than 2000'. What goes up, must come down. Came down the same 6 sub 8:00. The hardest part is actually the final 3 miles of rolling hills back to my house. Legs are pretty tired by that point. Wanted to hit 21 miles, which is the distance if I go all the way to the top, but forgot I had to drive my son to a morning b-day party. Oh the balancing act we all do! :-)
