Nice, easy rolling hill run on my own. Very peaceful. Felt strong. Tomorrow will be a good test of my recovery as I am hitting the trails for 2-3 hours.

    Nice job!! 2-3 hours tomorrow, whew. Tomorrow is my "long run"--about 30 minutes! When this IT band syndrome clears up, I hope to be able to run for an hour with no problems. :>}

    Julianne, hope your long run went well...when I glanced at your goals the Boston to Big Sur challenge sounds awesome. Next April will be my first boston (assuming registration goes well) and the big sur back to back would work really well for traing for a 100 miler...which is the only goal I have for next year so far....you've inspired me!

    Thanks everyone! I am pretty stoked that I only needed a couple recovery days following my 50K on Saturday. I must be getting stronger, which is good news because I am not getting faster! :-)
